Norwegian Buns/Boller og Skolebrød llAnnika&Mom

Описание: Boller and Skolebrød are Norwegian buns that most of the kids here in Norway loves to eat as well adults.
Boller buns have variety of flavors such as Plain Boller, Rosiner boller (raisin buns) and Sjokolade Boller (chocolate buns)

SkoleBrød same ingredients of the plain boller buns (dough) just add vanilla cream and dessicated coconut on top.

Ingredients: (can make 16 pcs for this recipe)

For Bread Softener
100 gram flour
300 gram boiling/warm water

For Dough
500 gram all purpose flour or bread flour
2 tsp instant dry yeast
150 gram sugar
3 tsp cardamom
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup luke warm fresh milk
1/2 cup water
1 large egg
150 gram softed butter
