Ingredients (Yield: 5 Parathas)
Paneer Stuffing
• 150 g paneer, crumbled
• 1 cup chopped onion (140 g)
• ½ chopped capsicum (60 g)
• ½ tsp chopped ginger
• ½ tsp chopped garlic
• 2 green chilies, chopped
• ¼ cup chopped cilantro
• 3 tbsp cooking oil
Spices
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 tsp coriander powder
• ⅛ tsp turmeric powder
• ¼ tsp red chili powder
• ¼ tsp garam masala powder
• 1 tsp kasuri methi
Paratha Dough
• 1 cup whole wheat flour (150 g)
• ¼ tsp salt
• ½ tsp oil
• ⅛ tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
• Water, as needed
