The girls are gathering at Gizelle’s house, and Potomac is blooming again, but the storms arrive rather quickly as we kick things off in the season premiere of the show.

In this week’s episode, the ladies gather together and everyone’s got something to say, whether it’s about Karen, where things left off at the reunion, or about something else that is bothering them. Stacey is busy doubling down on those TJ rumors from last season and getting called out left and right before she finally exits stage left, but not before she takes a verbal whacking at Gizelle (“You haven’t been humiliated by a man??”)...someone’s been studying!

We also check in with Wendy and Eddie’s home design dreams, Ashley’s “Second Bloom” party planning, and Stacey’s suspiciously “romantic” lunch with her maybe-ex, maybe-current husband(???), Thiemo. Meanwhile, Kierarna’s mom drops the kind of wisdom that makes you want to stand up and know your worth! “You have to be earned.”

The tension builds as Wendy and Keiarna face off at Ashley’s big post-divorce bash and new housewives Tia and Angel officially enter the scene. Between Angel’s NFL-wife backstory, Tia’s royal Nigerian roots, and all the “hot breath” talk about Stacey (yes, again), this premiere was giving everything from entertainment to audacity.

Is Wendy snubbing K? Are the ladies ganging up on Stacey for a mean-girl storyline? And can we talk about Ashley calling out Stacey for misrepresenting her life at the show (that’s some foreshadowing if we’ve ever seen it…) Whew. Potomac is back.
