Sunrise on the beach with relaxing music ☀️ Amanecer en la playa con música relajante

Описание: 🔅EN ✦ Morning ritual: Calm, good vibes and focus for the rest of the day. This is the second of three videos about a sunrise, with music featuring original sound and filmed handheld, without a tripod or any other gear. No filters. Around the 6-minute mark, there is a color shift due to my phone's automatic adjustments as it transitions from night to day; interestingly, the screen darkens just as the sun rises.
Panning to the left, you’ll see the lighthouse—a central figure in many of my MANDALA MOMENTS. Panning to the right reveals The Rock of Gibraltar. After 15 minutes of filming while meditating, my hand was starting to tire, which is why there’s a bit more camera shake and the horizon is slightly tilted. My apologies for that.
The third video will include a narrated reflection on what watching the sunrise truly means to me. I deeply enjoyed this sunrise; it filled me with energy that lasted for many days, not just that one.
🔅ES ✦ Ritual de la mañana: Calma, buenas vibraciones y concentración para el resto del día. Este es segundo de tres vídeos sobre el amanecer con música, con sonido original y grabado a pulso, sin trípode ni otros dispositivos. Sin filtros. Hacia el minuto 6, hay un salto de color debido a los ajustes automáticos de mi móvil al pasar de la noche al día; curiosamente, la imagen se oscurece justo cuando sale el sol.
El paneo hacia la izquierda muestra el faro, protagonista de muchos de mis MOMENTOS MANDALA, mientras que el paneo hacia la derecha muestra El Peñón de Gibraltar. Tras 15 minutos de grabación a la par que meditaba, mi mano empezaba a cansarse; de ahí que haya algo más de movimiento y el horizonte se vea un poco desnivelado. Me disculpo por ello.
En el tercer vídeo compartiré una reflexión narrada sobre lo que significa ver amanecer para mí. Disfruté mucho de este amanecer y me llenó de energía para muchos días, no solo para ese.
