Описание: 30 Minute Fast and Effective Leg Workout -Burn 292 Calories* -This should be a fun leg day! I've done a similar format for upper body and you all loved it. So, today, we will take one glute, one hamstring, and one quad exercise and do them right in a row with no rest in between. Then, you can choose to take a rest for 45 seconds, or hit a little bit of cardio with me.

Format: No rest! 45/45/45/45 - 3 leg exercises - a quad/a hamstring/a glute, one cardio (or rest)
You will need: a variety of dumbbells
