Beginner strength & low impact cardio workout for women over 40

If you've been telling yourself that this is the year you're finally going to start exercising, this workout was made for you. It's beginner friendly, low impact, and designed to help you build strength and get your heart rate up safely, so you can kick off the new year feeling strong and confident instead of overwhelmed.

Here's the truth: you don't need to go hard to see results. You don't need to jump around, push through pain, or leave a workout feeling like you got hit by a truck. Especially when you're just starting out, the goal isn't intensity. The goal is consistency. And this workout is designed to help you build exactly that.

We're combining strength training with low impact cardio, which means you're building lean muscle while getting your heart pumping without any jumping or jarring movements. It's effective and it's sustainable. The kind of workout you can actually stick with.

Why this is perfect for women over 40:

Your body is different now than it was at 25. And that's not a bad thing. It just means you need training that works with your body instead of against it.
Low impact cardio protects your joints while still giving you all the cardiovascular benefits: better heart health, improved endurance, more energy, and a boosted mood. No pounding, no stress on your knees and hips, just smart movement that gets results.
