What's up y'all! This is 19 minutes of focused movement to build some heat and clear the head.
The practice is a steady power flow—we’ll start with sun salutations to get the breath going, then move into some strength work with lunges and twists. We finish on the floor to stretch out and settle into a quiet, intentional Savasana.
It’s a simple, direct practice to help you feel a bit more grounded and capable for whatever the rest of the day brings.
