Get ready to work your abs and core with this 20-minute Pilates workout! ✨
During this class I keep mentioning how short this class is - in fact, it's 20 minutes long, which means time must pass really quickly during this one, as to me it felt just a couple minutes long ;)
This workout is perfect if you're short on time but still want to get some movement in. You can always combine it with one of my other workouts for a full body workout - or add one of my lovely stretching classes for a deep relaxation in the end. 😊
All you need is yourself and a mat, no equipment necessary.
