Ingredients for Neyappam
Jaggery Powder 2 Cups (350g)
Water 1.5 Cups
White Rice 2 Cups (500g)
Wheat flour 5 tablespoon
Black Sesame seeds(Til) 1.5 teaspoon
Cumin Seeds(Jeera) Half teaspoon
Cardamom Sugar Powder 1 teaspoon
Ghee 1 teaspoon
Salt to Taste
