ADDUCTORS, or commonly known as our groin muscles, are often neglected and “pulled”. These muscle help bring our legs together, rotate our legs inward, and are secondary hip flexors. Adductors are especially helpful for getting out of a squat, rotating with power when throwing or swinging, and preventing a knee collapse.
