At home or when travelling, the Dream pot is the perfect partner for indoor and outdoor use, cooking delicious and nutritious 1 or 2 course meals together. The Dream-Pot is simple to use and very easy to clean.

The Dream Pot is an attractive appliance containing one or two inner pots with an ergonomically designed carry handle. The outer shell contains special heat insulating material. The stainless steel inner pots (which are your ‘saucepans`) can be used on either electric or gas stoves to start the cooking process.

Once the inner pots are placed into the Dream Pot, it is used to thermo-cook or to maintain hot or cold temperatures without the need for constant fuel or power. The food cannot boil over, burn or dry out in the Dream-Pot, and requires no further attention or supervision while your meal is cooking. This allows the convenience of completing other tasks without the need for constant monitoring.

How to use your Dream-Pot?

#Keeps cold
Use as a cooler.
For optimum result, chill the inner steel pot before use.
Will take seven cans of your favorite cold drinks in the inner pot and keeps them cold for hours, even without ice. However, by using some ice cubes, you will further enhance the time your drinks remain cold.
Large inner pot will hold three plastic Chinese take-away containers for your preferred cold meats/cold salads etc.
Place some ice cubes around the containers or use Technic ice sheets.
The Dream pot can also be used as an ice bucket.

#Keeps hot
For optimum results, rinse the inner pot in very hot water before use.
Excellent as a warming oven.
Maintains the heat of cooked food for long periods.
A must for entertaining.
Fantastic for use at barbeques and camping.
Once the barbeque food is cooked, simply place food into the pre-warmed inner pot, in the Dream-Pot and close the lid. This will maintain the heat of your food. Keeps the flavor and in particular prevents the meat from drying out.
The Dream-Pot can be used as a warming oven in conjunction with other cooking.
For example: Cook pasta or Cous Cous in the usual way, using the inner pot as your saucepan. When the Cous Cous is cooked, simply place the inner pot directly into the outer pot to deep warm until needed.

#Thermo cooks
Safe and simple to use.
Simply place ingredients into the inner pot and bring to the boil and cover with the lid. Gently boil on your stove for the required time as per your recipe. Then place
the inner pot directly into the Dream-Pot. Close the lid of the insulated pot. Thermo cooking will start. The food completes cooking in its own heat.

After the necessary minimum thermo cooking time, the delicious food is ready to eat.

#Easy cooking process
1) Put ingredients into inner pot. Place on stove, bring to boil, then continue to boil for short required time, with the lid on. (As stated in each recipe)
2) Transfer inner pot into the Dream-Pot and close the lid.
3) Let stand to cook using its own heat for the minimum stated time. No constant stirring or checking is required.
4) After required cooking time in Dream Pot, serve either immediately or when required up to 8 hours later (as per safety instructions in recipe book).

#3 Litre Dream Pot
 The 3 litre Dream-Pot safe maximum heat retention time is between 5 to 6 hours, depending on the quantity of food cooked. To leave the food in the 3 litre Dream-Pot for this time, ensure that the inner pot is 80% full. Heat retention time mentioned in this recipe book applies to the larger 5 and 6 litre Dream Pot.
 Most recipes may be used in all sizes of the Dream Pot. Quantities used may need to be changed if using the 3 litre model. Certain recipes cannot be used due to the 3 litre model containing one inner pot only.
 Disregard references to using the small and large inner pots together (mentioned in some recipes) as this applies to larger 5 and 6 litre Dream-Pots only.
