Welcome to this cozy 10-minute yoga flow — where you don’t even have to stand up. Seriously. This entire practice is done lying down or fully supported on the ground. It’s perfect if you’re tired, stiff from sitting all day, easing back into movement, or just want a low-effort way to take care of your body.
We’ll move through gentle stretches, grounding poses, and end with legs up the wall — all from the comfort of your mat (or even your bed). No props required, but feel free to grab a strap or towel for extra support.
This class is great for:

• Beginners or those returning to yoga
• Post-run or post-lift recovery
• Stress relief and calming the nervous system
• Anyone who just wants to stay on the floor and chill
