Make Rice Papad from 1cup of Rice Atta
Ingredients
Rice Atta(चावल का आटा).........1Cup
Cumin Seeds(जीरा)................. 1/2 tea spoon
Salt(नमक)...............................1/4 tea spoon
Take 1cup of Rice Atta and soak in 4 Cups of water.
Put the salt and Jeera as mentioned above.
Then stir the mixture well. See that there should be no lumps. Then cover the mixture and keep it for about 2 hours.
Then keep the mixture for heating on the flame.
Remember to keep on stirring continuously otherwise the mixture will form lumps. Add more water if required and make the moderate mixture i.e. neither too thick nor too thin.
After 20 to 25 minutes you will see that the colour of the mixture has changed from white to transparent and it has also started forming a thin layer in its side. Now the mixture is ready. Let it cool partially. Then spread the mixture on plastic sheet in sunlight as shown in the vedio.
You can use the old bangles to give round shape to your Papad.
