On today's video, I share with you a 3 step plan on fixing proximal hamstrings tendinopathy FAST!
1. Using a spikey massage ball, perform cross friction massage on the upper hamstrings tendon/upper hamstrings muscle.
2. Using a spikey massage ball, perform myofascial release techniques (pin and stretch) on any "knotted" section of your hamstrings muscle.
3. Stretch your hip flexor muscles on the same side.
