Today is Cardio Day — designed to elevate your heart rate, burn calories, and build endurance while still staying aligned with the strength structure of the program.
This is a high-energy, at-home workout that keeps things fun and challenging without needing a gym.
Workout details:
• Cardio-focused session
• 8 exercises
• 3 sets per exercise
• 10 reps each set
• Bodyweight (dumbbells optional for added intensity)
Move with intention, push your pace when you can, and modify if needed. The goal is controlled intensity — not burnout.
