These youth discuss what eating disorders look like on a day to day basis, binging and purging, the resources available in Huron and Perth Counties and how to access them, social media influences, scare tactics and many more truly brave truths about eating disorders.
Learn tools on how to identify if you have an eating disorder and how to help our youth who are struggling. Lets Get Real and end the stigma around Mental Health and Addiction.
