Join the youth of Huron and Perth Counties as they begin the first episode of our docu-series "Lets Get Real". These youth discuss the truths of what anxiety looks like to each individual and how unique each diagnosis is; what anxiety looks like in a rural setting; what services are and are not doing as well as how our education system is involved. Learn tools on how to manage your anxiety and on how to help our youth who are struggling. Lets Get Real and end the stigma around Mental Health and Addiction.
