This is my low-calorie, anabolic version of the good old-fashioned carrot cake. A dessert I grew up with and a go-to recipe for anyone that craves this wonderful tasting cake. It is moist, it is delicious and it only has 400 calories. You can eat the entire thing and not worry about going off track with your fitness goals.

*Update.
Do not overbake it because the taste can become a bit too "eggy". You can compensate for this by adding 10g of 0 cal. Vanilla Syrup to the cake base.
*Updated frosting:
150g 0% Cream Cheese or Quark Cheese
1g Vanilla Extract
1g Butter Extract
5g Casein Protein Powder
A Small Pinch of Nutmeg
Sweetener of Choice
