Tafseer 29 - Al-Baqarah 116-117 | Why Allah Has No Son | The Majesty of Creation

Описание: In this Tafseer session, we reflect on Surah Al-Baqarah, Verses 116-117, where Allah refutes the false claims of those who attribute offspring to Him — whether:

Jews who claimed Uzayr (AS) was the son of God

Christians who took Prophet Isa (AS) as the son of God

Arab idolaters who considered angels Allah's daughters

Allah responds with four profound arguments:

1️⃣ "Subhanahu" (Glory be to Him) — He is absolutely pure and far above any need for a son or offspring. Having children implies need, and Allah is completely self-sufficient .

2️⃣ "To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and the earth" — Everything is His creation and possession. A son would be part of His dominion, yet how can the Owner have a son from His own possessions?

3️⃣ "All are devoutly obedient to Him" (Qanitun) — Everything in existence is subservient to His will. A son could potentially disobey, but all creation is completely submitted to Allah's command .

4️⃣ "Originator of the heavens and earth" (Badi'us Samawati wal Ard) — He creates from nothing, without any precedent or example. When He decrees a matter, He simply says "Be" and it is .

This final point connects beautifully to Prophet Isa (AS) — if Allah can create Adam without parents, creating Isa without a father is no challenge to His power .
