Ingredients:
Cream:
220g (8oz) cream cheese, softened
220ml (1 cup) heavy cream
1/4 cup powder sugar
vanilla
Dough:
4 eggs
100g (1/2 cup) sugar
20g (1/4 cup) cocoa powder
50g (1/3 cup) flour
1tsp baking powder
Chocolate Ganache:
220g (7.7oz) dark chocolate
175ml (2/3 cup) heavy cream
1 1/2TBsp butter, softened
1TBsp instant coffee
vanilla
