24-year-old Jennifer Kesse went missing in 2006 in Orlando, Florida and was never found. In spite of a photo that gave a clue as to who might have kidnapped Jennifer, no one was ever identified. The family claims the police shelved the case for a decade and only now that the Florida Department of Law Enforcement began reviewing the case in November 202, does the family have hope to get answers.

So, what happened to Jennifer? How did she vanish without a trace? And why?
