Ingredients:

Dough:
3 cups of All purpose flour
1 ½ tsp - Eastern Yeast
½ tsp - Salt
1 tbsp - Sugar
2 tbsp - powerdered milk
¼ cup - ghee or Oil
1 - Egg
Lukewarm water as required

Mince:
½ kg - Beef mince, fine chopped
1 lagre - Onion, chopped
5 tbsp - Coirander leaves, chopped
1 tbsp - Green chillies, fine chopped
1 tbsp - Garlic, fine chopped
Salt as required
½ tsp - Cardamom pwd
1 tsp - Chilli flakes
1 tsp - Garam masala pwd
