This is an easy and simple way to beat the Deathshead boss.
Just collect as much Ammo, Health and Armour as possible and when you drop down the hole go to the Right and just stay under the stair/walkway. Unload everything you have into Deathshead and just keep moving left and right with your back to the back wall
Eventually he will drop then just run up and use the action button - game over :)
Game was completed on BRING'EM ON! (Medium) difficulty on PS4
