my 9-year-old self would really thank my present self for working hard to make sure her dreams of seeing snow come true (: wow, in my younger self's eyes, i must be a hero when i'm out here editing youtube videos instead of completing my final exam essays im ded 🥰
on a serious note, i was really a happy child today! i was doing my morning skincare routine when i turned behind and saw my window all white! i was shouting like crazy - i have been waiting for snow in london since last month. well, to be exact, i have been waiting for snow since i was 9 years old.
it has always been a dream (literally!) of mine. when i was 9, i dreamt of plain white snow and when i woke up i told my mother about it, she said "it means you are going to go far and you are really going to see the snow some day." -- this may not be true but this could be one of the reasons why i studied so hard, so i could go far! (:
to those who said "you are living my dreams." no, i'm not! i am living what was once my dreams. - what i mean to say is that, you'll also also be living it one day. just work towards it and enjoy while you're at it! sending you all love and light! x
