Ingredients
Pineapple Tarts
700 g (1.5 lb) plain flour (all purpose flour)
1 large egg
1 Tbsp condensed milk at room temperature
400-500 g ((14 oz – 17.5 oz) salted butter, at room temperature
1 portion pineapple jam (recipe on blog)
a bowl with extra plain flour for dusting
Homemade Pineapple Jam
4 ripe, medium pineapples
200 g (1 cup) white sugar
4 cloves
1 small cinnamon stick
