Listen 1-2 times a day and see the wonderful results!
In 1988, musician Susan Alexjander collaborated with biologist Dr. David Deamer on a project to discover what DNA sounds like.
They exposed DNA, the main carrier of genetic information for all living organisms, to infrared light and measured the vibrational frequencies of the four basic molecules that make up DNA: adenine, guanine, thymine and cytokine. They translated the resulting very high frequencies into audible vibrations and programmed them into a synthesizer.
Alexjander discovered unexpected patterns that fit Western musical proportions, such as octaves, major and minor thirds and much more. She used this tuning system and the notes generated to create original compositions.
Distilling biological infrared frequencies into sound has generated thought-provoking insights into the harmonic structure of DNA. Some listeners' reactions suggest that our physical bodies possess subtle cognitive awareness of their own electromagnetic patterns represented by music.
Can we literally listen to the body? What messages can its rhythms and frequencies share? Can we hear patterns? Can they be pleasant? Even musical?
The question of whether our biology is harmonically ordered remains compelling. These frequencies can be a tool for exploring this mysterious vibrational landscape. Four tones are tuned to the frequencies of the four base molecules of DNA to activate body chemicals that are the very essence of life - Cytosine, Thymine, Adenine and Guanine. This tuning helps to recreate an ancient form of gene therapy.
As each base has a slightly different atomic structure, it will vibrate in a unique way. The possibilities with these frequencies are extraordinary. Perfect for sound therapists and spiritual healers. People with genetic problems such as autism and down's syndrome can benefit, and those looking for an anti-aging effect.
These are the frequencies of the four DNA bases:
Adenine - 545.6 Hz
Guanine - 550 Hz
Thymine - 543.4 Hz
Cytokine - 537.8 Hz
