How does it work?

The primary target frequency is 40Hz. However, if you keep listening to the same frequency consistently and too regularly, it can reduce its effectiveness. This is known as habituation. To overcome this, I have randomised the isochronic tones between random frequencies in the 39.5Hz to 40.5Hz range.

Headphones?

Headphones are not required for this particular session. But if you can use headphones, I always recommend it. Using headphones helps to block out any peripheral sound in the room, and I personally find the entrainment experience to be more powerful when using them.
