Prosecutor of the Special Court for Sierra Leone, Stephen Rapp, is interviewed by UNA-USA Chapter President Bill Miller for Global Connections Television. Mr. Rapp's office is responsible for the investigation and prosecution of persons who bear the greatest responsibility for violations of international humanitarian law and Sierra Leonian law since 30 November 1996. Violations of international humanitarian law include Crimes Against Humanity, violations of Geneva Conventions, and other serious violations of international humanitarian law. They also discuss the reintegration of child soldiers, conflict diamonds, and the trial of former Sierra Leone President Charles Taylor.
