This lamination line is capable of production of up to 75" wide glass and is designed for laminating architectural and automotive glasses, as well as ballistic products.
The layers of glass are placed in the lay-up area with the PVB film sandwiched as an interlayer and then placed into vacuum bags.

The plasticized polyvinyl butyral (PVB) film bonds with glass under heat and pressure to form laminated safety glass. The PVB interlayer sandwiched between the layers of glass is responsible for the enhanced performance properties of laminated glass.

Assembly Room with Air Conditioning System (Munters humidity control, 23% RH)

Assembly Room Conveyors

Off Load Conveyors and Overhead Lifting Device (uniquely designed for assembly racks)
