How to train to stay safe at a protest.
Focus on building a base of strength with a minimum effective dose.
Squat, Press, Deadlift, and Pullups/Rows
Set of 5, set of 3, set of 2.
Next workout do 20-40 minutes of steady state cardio. Go as fast as you can breathe through your nose.
Next workout sprint some hills.
3-10 sprints.
After any workout do heavy carries.
3-10 carries of 50-100'.
Learn basic first aid and CPR. Not in this video because I'm not qualified.
