V Stand Alternate Scissor Arm
Plank Heel press
Round III
Burpee, fast feet
Zumu: squat feet lifts
Shoulder to Shoulder, chop and twist abs
Supine Plank Alternative Leg Reach
Round IV: Burpee to Pivot Lunge, Pivot 180 Lunge, Lunge Toe touch Lunge,
Round V 1) deep squat side bend, 2) V Stand Side Bend 3) Deep Squat Depth Side Bend 4) prone elbow plank knee to elbow 5) Spine Alternate Reach out, 6) X Reach Back Hypers
