Welcome to Episode 2 of my Raw PT Session Series 🎥💪
This week, meet Samantha K — a busy nurse, mom, wife, and volunteer who still makes her health a priority. She trains with me twice a week for 30 minutes and follows her program on her own in between.
In this video, you’ll see the raw, uncut footage of one of her Leg Day sessions. No edits, no gimmicks—just real coaching, form corrections, and hard work.
Full Workout Breakdown (30 Minutes):
1️⃣ Bodyweight Bulgarian Split Squats → opening up hips, engaging glutes/quads, and locking in technique.
🔄 Superset with Lateral Band Walks for glute activation.
2️⃣ Barbell Back Squats → focusing on technique and building confidence with the bar (it’s heavy for Sam, but progress is coming fast).
3️⃣ Single Dumbbell Sumo Deadlifts (with partials) → targeting inner thighs and glutes.
4️⃣ Romanian Deadlifts → hinging pattern to strengthen hamstrings and glutes.
5️⃣ Reverse Lunges → finishing strong with balance and stability.
All of this packed into just 30 minutes — proof that even with a packed schedule, you can build strength, improve movement, and stay consistent.
