The first movement of a new piano sonata, with audio exported straight from Dorico. The movement features sonata form, and the harmonies were inspired by my recent studies on the music of Maurice Ravel. I've written a lot of piano music in my career, but oddly this is my first 'piano sonata'; although I've only just finished this first movement.
