Hello everyone, I hope you liked this video, This is Pilipino Food, Kangkong is very good for your health. try this at home. By the way guys I do not add soy sauce & magic sarap because it's too much sodium, Too much sodium is not good for you.

INGREDIENTS :

1/2 kilo of pork
kangkong or water spinach
1 pat of butter
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 onion, sliced
2 chilis, chopped
1 tsp of salt
2 tbsp of seasoning
black pepper
and water

Here are the simple INGREDIENTS for the CURRY RICE

1 tbsp of cooking oil
2 tbsp of seasoning
1 tsp of curry

hello everyone and welcome to everything

today i will show you how to make a
dubong kangkong
which is a type of spinach by the way

one kilo of pork
four cloves garlic chopped
one half onion sliced
2 chillis chopped

and kangkong i also added butter,
salt, seasoning and black pepper
so let's start
[Applause]
so first let's marinate the pork
add 1 teaspoon of salt
[Music]
[Applause]

a dash of black pepper
and add 2 tbsp of seasoning
[Music]
mix ingredients well
now this is the rice that i cooked
earlier i
am going to make curry
add two tablespoons of seasoning
one tablespoon of cooking oil and one
teaspoon of curry
mix it well
all right so now add one part of butter
to the hot pan
[Music]
add garlic cook the garlic until it
brown
onion
[Music]
then add jelly
now add the pork
[Applause]
flip it over

cover for 5 minutes

stir it well
[Applause]

cover again for four minutes
[Music]

stir well
cover for 3 minutes
continue to stir it well

add one quarter cup of water
stir it well
now add the kangkong which is a type of
spinach
they are excellent sources of dietary
fiber protein calcium iron vitamin a
and vitamin c which are evident of
various health benefits given below
reduce
cholesterol kung kong is excellent
option for those individuals who want to
lose weight
and reduce cholesterol naturally. see
kangkong is very good for your health
stir it well
cover it for 3 minutes
