Water - 4 1/4 cup depending upon the quality of rice, or just 4 cups.
Peas - 1/2 - 1 cup
Onion - 1
Bay Leaves - 2
Green Cardamom - 2
Cinnamon - 3 pieces
Bouillon Cubes Chicken or Veg - 2
Cloves - 8 - 10
Pepper Corns - 8 - 10
Ghee
Salt
