Ingredients:
Oil - 2 tbsp
Ghee - 1tbsp
Star anise - 2
Dalchini (cinnamon) - 1 inch
Bay leaf - 2-3
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Cloves (lavang) - 4-5
Cumin (jeera) - 1tsp
Cashew nut - 9-10
Garlic - 2 tbsp, finally sliced
Ginger - 1 tbsp, finely sliced
Green chilly - 2-3, finely chopped
Onion - 1 big, finely sliced
Carrot - 1 cup, diced
Fresh green peas - 1/2 cup
Capsicum - 1/2 cup
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Chilly powder - 3/4 tsp
Pav bhaji masala - 1.5 tbsp
Tomato - 1 big, finely sliced
Dahi (curd) - 1/4 cup
Hot water - 3 cup
Basmati rice - 1.5 cup (soaked in water for 15 minutes)
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Salt as super the taste
Sugar - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves - 1/ 2 cup
