Mansaf with meat
1- Put the meat in a pot and boil it in water for an hour.
2- Soak Jameed in water for five hours.
3- Crush Jameed and mix it with water
4- Put the mixed Jameed on the stove and stir until it boils.
5- Pour the boiled jameed over the boiled meat.
6- Add the bay leaf and cardamom to the jameed soup and let it boil for an hour.
7- Soak the small rice in a bowl of lukewarm water for 15 minutes.
8- Add a spoonful of turmeric to the soaked rice.
9- Add three tablespoons of vegetable oil and one tablespoon of ghee to an empty pot and put it on the fire.
10- Wash the rice with a colander and drain the rice from the water, then put it in the pot.
11- Put salt and hot water on the rice, close the pot and wait 10 to 15 minutes until the water dries up from the rice.
12- Filter the jameed soup.
13- Fry the almonds in vegetable oil, stirring until it turns reddish in color.
14- Put the shrak bread on a large empty plate and pour a little jameed soup on it.
15- Put the rice on the bread and the meat on the rice and sprinkle the almonds on them.
16- Mansaf is ready to eat.
