Week 3 of my 11-week training plan towards a GB Age Group Duathlon qualification race at East Fortune 💪🇬🇧
This week was all about speed and endurance:
In this video
Saturday: Track session – 5 × 1km intervals pushing the pace
Sunday: 2-hour Zwift ride to build aerobic strength
Plus a full weekly review breaking down what went well, what didn’t, and how the training is progressing
I also share a few practical bike tips that have been helping me stay efficient and consistent as the volume builds.
