Red liver (sheep) – chopped
White liver (safidab or shesh) – chopped
Tenbeh – as needed for better fat and aroma
Tomato – finely chopped or grated
Onion – if desired (optional but makes it fragrant)
Spices:
Turmeric
Black pepper
Paprika or red pepper
Salt
Curry or mixed spices (optional)

🔥 Short and rustic recipe (to be explained in the video or description)
1. Melt the ténbeh over the fire until the fat is reduced and it is slightly browned.
2. Add the onion and fry until golden (if using).
3. Add the white liver first because it cooks slower. Fry well.
4. Then add the red liver and fry well over high heat.
5. Add the grated tomato to make the texture soft and juicy.
6. Add spices to taste and cook for a few minutes until fragrant.
7. Finally, add some chopped coriander for a final aroma.
8. Serve hot—it goes great with local bread.
