Namaste doston! Aaj hum banayenge Bihar ka sabse mashhoor aur swaadist Mutton Curry. Is recipe ki khashiyat ye hai ki ise hum bina pressure cooker ke, dhimi aanch par topiya mein banayenge. Iska asli swaad iske bhune huye masalon aur khade lehsun mein hai. Ek baar aise banayenge toh ungliyan chaat te reh jayenge!
[Ingredients List]
Mutton: 1 kg
Pyaaz (Onion): 1/2 kg (baarik kata hua)
Khada Lehsun (Whole Garlic): 2 ganth (pot)
Sarson Tel (Mustard Oil): Hasbe zaroorat
Tarka: 1 chammach Jeera, 4 Sukhi Lal Mirch, 2 Tejpatta, Khada Garam Masala.
Pisa Hua Paste: Adrak, Lehsun, Jeera, aur Gol Mirch (Black Pepper).
Powder Masale: 1 chammach Haldi, Namak (swaad anusar), 2 chammach Mutton Masala, 2 chammach Dhaniya powder, 2-3 chammach Lal Mirch powder.
Garam Pani: Zaroorat ke hisaab se.
[Recipe Steps]
Sabse pehle bartan (topia) mein sarson tel garam karein aur jeera, tejpatta, sukhi lal mirch aur khade garam masale ka tarka lagayein.
Ab ismein kata hua pyaaz aur mutton ek saath daalein.
Ismein haldi aur namak dalkar 5 minute tak pakaayein.
Jab mutton aur pyaaz apna pani chhodne lagein, tab ismein pisa hua adrak-lehsun-jeera-golmirch ka paste daalein.
Saath hi Mutton masala, dhaniya powder aur lal mirch powder dalkar achhe se bhunein.
Dhimi aanch (Medium to Low flame) par tab tak bhunein jab tak masalo se tel alag na ho jaye.
