Doston, aaj ke is video mein main aapke saath share kar rahi hoon Masoor Dal ki Badi banane ki sabse aasaan vidhi. Ye badiyan na sirf banane mein aasaan hain, balki inki sabzi bahut lajawab banti hai aur aap inhe saal bhar tak store kar sakte hain!
✅ Ingredients (Samagri):
Masoor Dal: 2 Cup (Raat bhar bhigoi hui)
Lehsun: 7-8 Kaliyan
Adrak: 1 Inch ka tukda
Khane wala Soda: 1 Chutki
Dhoop: 2 Din tak achhe se sukhane ke liye
👩🍳 Recipe Steps:
Sabse pehle 2 cup Masoor dal ko raat bhar paani mein bhigo kar rakhein.
Subah dal ko achhe se dho kar chhaan lein.
Ismein 7-8 kaliyan lehsun aur 1 inch adrak ka tukda daal kar ise achhi tarah pees lein.
Peese huye mishran (paste) ko 10 minute tak rest karne dein.
Ab ismein ek chutki khane wala soda milakar ise achhi tarah se phent (beat) lein taaki badiyan naram banein.
Tez dhoop mein choti-choti badiyan tod kar daal dein.
Do din tak dhoop mein achhe se sukhane ke baad, aapki masoor dal ki badiyan taiyar hain!
💡 Secret Tip:
Adrak aur lehsun dalne se badiyon ka swad dugna ho jata hai.
Ek chutki soda dalne se badiyan sabzi mein jaate hi makkhan jaisi naram ho jati hain.
