Easy Lift Equipment’s Narrow Aisle Drum-Transporter with Air Powered Lift is the best choice in areas where DC powered equipment is not permitted.
By charging an on-board air tank with an end user supplied female ¼” coupling, the operator is able to achieve approximately 20 drum lifts per charge. An Operation Pressure Regulator is located on the top of the Transporter, providing the operator with the psi level of the lift and lower functions. The separate Air Tank Pressure Gauge is located on the far right side of the tank, providing the overall psi of the air tank. There is an adjustment knob located underneath the Operation Pressure Regulator allowing the operator to control the PSI-level of the lift and lower function.
To operate the lift and lower function of the Transporter, first open up the air line to the cylinder. A single joy-stick control is used to raise and lower drums to a desired height.
Once testing is complete disengage the floor lock and begin application.
Single clamping mechanisms are capable of gripping any size steel, plastic or fiber chimed drum. Optional double camping mechanisms are recommended when handling very heavy plastic and fiber drums or steel drums with the lids removed.
This drum transporter features our spark resistant, stainless steel clamping option, which includes a rubber belt to support the lower side of the drum and an anti-static grounding strap.
When operation is complete always engage the step down floor lock. Leaving the transporter unsecured may allow it to move inadvertently and cause property damage or personal injury. Then disconnect the air line and turn the airline to the cylinder off.
The 12- gallon air tank is equipped with a drain valve to occasionally drain the moisture out of the tank (which is recommended approximately every 30 days). Or, to remove all the air from the tank altogether when storing the transporter for an extended periods of time.

The narrow width of these models enables positioning drums in a straight line and/or removing any of the drums from the line. All models lift the drum a minimum of 20” for placement on pallets, floor scales or containment pallets. We offer additional lift height options to elevate drums as high as 72” above floor level. Standard models are steel construction with safety yellow powder coating for durability. Optional FDA approved “metallic gray” powder coating and stainless-steel construction are available for food and pharmaceutical applications.
It should be noted that drum weights, available air pressure and the distance the drum is elevated will vary the number of lifts provided by a single-charged air tank.

Lift and lower functions are controlled using a simple joy-stick control.
