🧾 INGREDIENTS
Eggs – 3 large
Butter – 20 g
Salt – to taste
Parmesan cheese (finely grated) – 20–30 g
👩🍳 INSTRUCTIONS
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk gently until smooth.
Heat butter in a non-stick pan over low heat.
Pour in the eggs and stir continuously with circular motions.
When the omelette is almost set, turn off the heat.
