This is Russell’s fourth round of catching Domestic Charges since December 2024. His 12/26/24 charges were dismissed and the 07/11/25 arrest resulted in one charge dismissed and the other deferred in a plea agreement - which has now been revoked due to his more recent arrests on 11/02/25 and 11/20/25. His attorney argued that he should be released on a signature bond due to the fact that “he works for Epic and travels quite a bit.” From the 11/02 arrest, Russell was ordered to post cash for release. Obviously that and his Deferred Prosecution Program were not enough to defer him from continuing this behavior.)
