In a 2021 prior case out of Iowa: Cedar Rapids Police Department filed charges against Bullins of Robbery-1st Degree, Theft-1st Degree, Assault While Displaying a Dangerous Weapon, False Imprisonment, and Obstruction of Emergency Communication. His victim was a woman who he had met on Facebook.)
