You are going to love the flavor of these homemade enchiladas and it's easy to make. These are made with ground beef.

Make sure and dip your corn tortillas in hot vegetable or canola oil before you put these together. This will give your enchiladas great flavor. It's how restaurants (the good ones) make any kind of enchiladas, whether it's beef, cheese, chicken or pork enchiladas.
