Join Alex for a creative seated workout focused on range of motion, coordination, and whole-body movement. Today she uses a small ball for many of the exercises, but you can easily substitute a pillow or simply clasp your hands together — whatever works best for you.
Many of Alex’s movements are BIG combination exercises designed to engage your entire body at once. Some movements gently challenge your balance and coordination, while others activate and strengthen your core. This session is especially supportive for those looking for Parkinson’s-friendly movement, mobility practice, or functional exercise — but it’s beneficial for anyone who wants to move more and feel better.
