Jackfruit is a blessing from God, it can be used in many ways, from tender jack to reiped one. Here we show a tasty palya/ curry recipe by using well grown jack. The camera man concentrates in capturing beautiful nature while harvesting a big jack from the tree. Here we can see the South Karnataka areca farm. Cutting the jack is of course a skill required for villagers. Rather than showing just recipe, we concentrate on some interesting facts of village life. This dish is a very favorite one to many. Usually this style of palya is prepared at functions of our area.
