This is my go to recipe for the scrumptious chocolate cupcakes and I am sure once you try it, it will become yours too.
The frosting is very simple. I make it with non dairy cream which is also called whip topping. You can add 3-4 tablespoon of milk if the frosting appears too thick.
Full Ingredients List
Group A (dry ingredients)
All purpose flour 120g
Cocoa powder 30g
Double acting baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda ¼ tsp
Salt ¼ tsp
Group B (beat together)
Unsalted butter 160g
Sugar 150g
Eggs 180 g (approximately 4 eggs)
Group C(miscellaneous)
Pure vanilla extract 1 tsp
Milk 45g
For frosting
300 g whip topping (non dairy whipping cream)
150g semi sweet couverture chocolate (melted)
3-4 tablespoon milk (optional)
