Synchronize your breath to the ticks of the metronome. Remember to inhale softly and exhale softly connecting the breaths. There is no pause in the breathing at the top of the inhalation or at the bottom of the exhalation. Think of the breath in a circle. Count six ticks as you inhale and six ticks as you exhale. This will give you the Exact rhythm of 5 to 6 seconds on the inhale and exhale. 20 minutes is shown to be sufficiently enough to give you five hours of health benefits that are listed below.
